Founded in 2024 and based in London, Expression Capital Partners LLP is an independent private equity firm uniquely positioned at the intersection of institutional capital and the global leisure sector. We target the rapidly accelerating demand for location-based entertainment (LBE), leveraging a team that doesn’t just study the industry—but was born into it.

As the exclusive global partner for the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions, “IAAPA”, we serve as the vetted arm of a trade body whose members represent $28 billion of the attractions and leisure market—an industry currently valued at over $100 billion worldwide. This “vetted” status grants Expression proprietary, off-market access to the world’s premier LBE assets before they ever reach the open market.
